  2. Termination of account of vendors may result into removal of product listings and associated content

POLICY UPDATE

While using this platform you shall be contracting with sufal Schoolwala Lifestyle Pvt. Ltdand all the terms and conditions bound by this agreement as posted on the platform from time to time.

ORDER SUMMARY

  1. The orders can be placed on http://schoolpack.in by uploading the accurate measurements of the ward/ the user on the website. The order will be dispatched as per the information provided on the website by the parents of the ward or other users. The website allows users to place orders for the products listed by suppliers on website
  2. For placing the order on the website, the user has to register through Email Id or Contact Number

PAYMENT GATEWAY

  1. We accept various payment methods such as credit and debit cards, digital wallets, UPI, Net Banking etc.
  2. Cash On Delivery is not available for School Uniforms.

DELIVERY

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION
    1) All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock, 
at the time you place your order, we will be notifying you once the product is restored. In case of earlier payment of order not in stock, we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original payment method and incase of Cash on Delivery , the amount will get refunded in the registered bank account. 2) For School uniforms pre order with payment is necessary as it is a customized clothing brand.
  2. DELIVERY LOCATION
    Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in PAN India. No shipment Outside India (export) is available at this time.
  3. DELIVERY TIME
    An estimated delivery time will be communicated to you with your registered email id/mobile number once your order is placed. Delivery time is estimated and commenced from the date of shipping and not from the date of order. Delivery time is subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days from the date of your order.
Date of delivery may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipment.

SHIPPING

  1. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will only be shipped on the working days of the week. If we are experiencing a volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you through registered email or registered phone number.
  2. SHIPPING COST
    Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. You can checkout shipping charges on the checkout screen of our website. Additional Shipping charges may be applied to remote areas or for large or heavy items.
GST is charged on each item which is shipped.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


  1. You may request the return of products listed explicitly as returnable on the product detail page and/or our policy and within the stipulated time period.
  2. If you report an issue with your product, our delivery partners will collect the product, and the refund will be initiated only after our team has verified the product quality and thereafter it will be processed within 3-7 working days.
  3. If the customers are found misusing the return policy by excessively returning or canceling, or not accepting the orders placed, http://schoolpack.in Reserves the rights to warn and /or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer’s account as and when necessary.
  4. Incase of any discrepancies regarding receipt of refund amount, http://schoolpack.in may request for additional information such as bank statement or any other relevant document.
  5. Selected products are returnable within seven days if you have received physically damaged, defective or different sized product from their description from the product details page of the website.
  6. Return will be processed only if ;- 1)  If the products are not damaged, torn and used while in your 
possession.
    2)  Products are not different from the one which is delivered to you.
    3)  The products are in original condition with packaging box and MRP tag intact.
    4)  Products marked as non returnable, on the product description page cannot be returned.
    5)The products purchased during sale or discounted price are not returnable.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. Products purchased during a sale, coupon or any gift voucher are non returnable and non refundable. However, size exchange is possible.
  2. In case of receiving any damaged or wrong product, replacement is possible.
  3. Customized products are not eligible for returns and replacement.
  4. Once a product has been exchanged, there cannot be any more exchanges on 
the same order.
  5. In case of exchange of the product the price may differ as per the change in 
size, color and other material. In such cases, an extra amount has to be paid by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. As per the company policy, no return or refund is provided on any product once sold. However, size related exchange is allowed only if stock is available and on following conditions;-
  2. Garments purchased during sale are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
  3. Request of exchange should be informed to us within 48 hours of delivery of product.
  4. Garments should be unused, un-worn, un-washed, free from any damages, stains or fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact and the product should be in its original packing.

We have noticed that there have been several incidents where Sufal Schoolwala Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd’s name is misused to collect personal information as well as to cheat and mislead the customers.
