Replacement Policy

1. Products purchased during a sale, coupon or any gift voucher are non returnable and non refundable. However, size exchange is possible.
2. In case of receiving any damaged or wrong product, replacement is possible.
3. Customized products are not eligible for returns and replacement.
4. Once a product has been exchanged, there cannot be any more exchanges on 
the same order.
5. In case of exchange of the product the price may differ as per the change in 
size, color and other material. In such cases, an extra amount has to be paid by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

1. As per the company policy, no return or refund is provided on any product once sold. However, size related exchange is allowed only if stock is available and on following conditions;-

• Garments purchased during sale are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
• Request of exchange should be informed to us within 48 hours of delivery of product.
• Garments should be unused, un-worn, un-washed, free from any damages, stains or fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact and the product should be in its original packing.
